Outsourcing of flotation schemes for enrichment of existing coal preparation plants
For complete transparency and understanding of the cost and efficiency of business processes, Granula SA offers services for technological maintenance and management of the flotation and filtration process at coal preparation plants. Our company will test the water-slurry scheme of the factory on its own, calculate the scheme and balance, draw up a list of technical measures and solutions to improve efficiency, if necessary, carry out a technical re-equipment and reconstruction project and install metering devices and an automation system, provide a reagent and be fully responsible for technological indicators of flotation departments. In this case, the client will know exactly the cost of enrichment of raw materials and the finished product. The fact that JSC Granula has a license for the operation of fire-dangerous hazardous production facilities resolves issues from the regulatory authorities.
Enrichment. Services for the enrichment of sludge pits
Over the past few years, there has been a sharp increase in interest in the processing of secondary raw materials contained in sludge and sludge tanks, which, in fact, are man-made deposits. This is due to a number of reasons:
— high content of combustible mass — up to 70% and even more;
— ease of extraction of raw materials and its low cost;
— the critical state of most of the existing sludge collectors, which greatly complicates the work of the SP.
Recycling of coal enrichment waste is important not only for increasing fuel reserves, but also for reducing the irrational alienation of land resources, reducing operating costs for the maintenance of sedimentation tanks, and for protecting water and air from pollution.
JSC Granula offers the construction of a coal sludge enrichment and dehydration module on the territory of the sludge sump, followed by the provision of enrichment services.
