Coal granulated

Granular coal is intended for additives in molding sands during casting various units and parts made of cast iron, steel, aluminum, etc. Surface quality of the casting at the same time it turns out to be very high and does not require further processing. Added as non-stick additive to prevent defects during casting of cast iron castings, such as, burnt, snakes, sieve porosity, and also reduces the roughness of their surface.
Is an irreplaceable additive in preparation molding sand. Table shows that the amount of coal in the composition of the molding mixture, depending on the mass of the casting, reaches 0.8%. While the rest of the components in the mixture are partially renewable, such as sand, bentonite clay, and so on, and can be used in the preparation of the following mixtures. Coal burns out and is added anew each time. It is mainly used in the production of parts for heavy vehicles, tractors, machine tools, etc.
